Organizations are facing significant challenges. Leaders, teams, and individual employees are required to deal with a high degree of uncertainty and unpredictability on a daily basis. Often, established structures within companies and organizations are not well suited to handling high levels of complexity. In these cases, adapting organizational structures can be helpful. Agile ways of working, shared leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and increased self-organization enable organizations to respond more flexibly to continuously changing demands.

I would be happy to act as your catalyst or guide to support necessary changes in your organisation.

What fascinates me is that every change process unfolds differently depending on the organization, there are no ready-made blueprints.

A central part of my work is exploring, together with leaders and selected employees, what the most urgent change is and how we can achieve it collectively. In doing so, I draw on my experience from previous change projects, listen carefully, observe, and then bring all the elements together in a co-creative process with my clients to initiate a change process. This process is often incremental, ensuring that those involved are not overwhelmed and allowing us to regularly adapt the approach based on newly gained insights.
