It’s time to make change visible
After 11 years of self-employment under the job title “Innovation Trainer,” I’d like to make the evolution of my work visible - also through my logo and my new professional title.
For many years now, my field of work has been much broader than the title “Innovation Trainer” suggests: I facilitate workshops, support team development, accompany change initiatives, and coach or advise leaders - in short, I work as an organizational consultant.
To me, organizations are complex living systems
As an engineer, I’m deeply fascinated by the nonlinearity of organizations - by the fact that an organization’s response to an intervention cannot be predicted in a straightforward, linear way.
A new logo
In my view, successful collaboration within an organization only works with a willingness to change, a high degree of adaptability, the exchange of experience, the sharing of knowledge, the use of intuition, mutual awareness, and mindful leadership. For me, there’s a strong resemblance here to the migration of birds to their wintering grounds and back again. That’s exactly why my new logo came about: to me, migratory birds can serve as a role model for leadership and mutual awareness and they truly impress me.
For you, this renaming doesn’t mean any change at all. My services remain the same, I’ve gradually adapted them over the past 11 years to changing client needs, increasing competitive challenges for organizations, and my own new insights. Here you can find my service offerings.
2026: New job title, new logo, familiar services
Of course, I would be grateful if you recommended me to others, and I’m looking forward to many warm encounters, inspiring collaboration, and continuing our lively exchange in 2026.
