12.6.2026: Seminar: Personal Development in Challenging Times
Challenging times require a high level of resilience. Resilience grows when we consciously allow ourselves moments of reflection and personal grounding. This seminar offers a dedicated space to do exactly that.
A strong inner compass also contributes greatly to personal resilience and developing it requires knowing yourself well. For the first time, I am offering a personality assessment as part of my seminars. It is designed to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, so you can take better care of your own needs going forward. You will receive access to the LINC Personality Profiler 14 days before the seminar. This assessment is based on the Big Five personality model and is, to my knowledge, the only scientifically grounded personality test currently available in this format. It supports you in gaining a clearer understanding of your individual personality, raising awareness of previously unreflected aspects, and identifying personal areas for development.
During the seminar, we will review your results together and also focus on personal values and goal setting.
Seminar topics include:
- Resilience, what is it?
- Identifying personal values and goals
- Review and discussion of your LINC Personality Profiler results
- Gaining deeper insight into your own strengths and drivers
- Self-care – but how does it actually work?
Objective of the seminar: You will learn how to structure your everyday life according to your own personal priorities. In addition, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to treat yourself with greater care and awareness.
Target audience: The seminar is open to anyone who would like to take a day for themselves and prepare in a sustainable way for demanding times.
