9.11.2026: Webinar: Let’s Talk About Power - free of charge

In everyday working life, power and influence have always played a significant role. During the phase of the agile movement and collegial leadership approaches, organizations operated with fewer hierarchies, and the topic of power was less prominent.

At the moment, however, it seems that both in organizations and in politics and society, there is a noticeable shift backwards. Calls for authority and clear leadership are becoming more frequent.

What is happening right now? Why is this the case? What is power, really? How does power differ from leadership and authority? Which questions do you have around this topic?

What to expect: The webinar will alternate between short input sessions from me and interactive small-group work among participants. The number of participants is limited to 15.

Date: Monday, November 9, 2026, from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Participation: Free of charge

Location: Remote / online via Zoom (video conference)
