Especially in economically challenging and uncertain times, organizations often need to adapt their structures and everyday processes. Communication structures, decision-making processes, and the distribution of responsibilities are frequently the first areas where change is necessary in order to respond effectively to increased economic demands.

Together with you, I develop ideas and impulses that help initiate desired change. We look at specific parts of your organization or at the organization as a whole to identify structures and processes that may be maintaining unfavorable conditions. I am happy to involve your leaders as well as the employees concerned in the consulting process.


Team Development / Workshop Facilitation

I accompany your teams and employees on their journey of change. To this end, I work with you to create the space and framework for your teams and employees so that they can embrace, shape and implement the necessary changes themselves. This is most often done through facilitated workshops. In some cases, one-to-one conversations or coaching sessions can also be helpful. These I  conduct according to systemic principles.

My workshops are designed in a way that encourages all participants to contribute and feel motivated to do so, to interact with one another in a respectful manner, and to ensure that everyone is heard equally. My focus is on creating a psychologically safe working environment that allows for variety, active participation, self-reflection, as well as shared learning and co-creation.


Coaching

Current challenges can overwhelm individuals in organisations. This affects both managers and specialists. Challenges are perceived very individually. For some, it may be conflicts with colleagues, for others overwhelming processes or unclear work instructions, and for others still, the amount of work or constantly changing team compositions.

In my one-to-one coaching sessions, I support coachees in reflecting on their situation, broadening their perspective, and in doing so, independently developing new options for action and personal strategies. Even a small number of coaching sessions can help leaders and specialists navigate through difficult situations and regain their ability to act.


Training Courses / Seminars

Further training and new knowledge can also support change processes. This applies to leaders as well as to all employees. A high level of competence in areas such as leadership, communication, conflict management, taking on responsibility, and self-reflection significantly increases the resilience and ability to act of a team, a department, or an organization - especially in challenging times.
